Salary & Benefits
Selected candidates will receive a monthly pay scale of ₹16,580 – ₹55,005, plus allowances such as dearness allowance, house rent allowance and other benefits as per government rules.

Eligibility Criteria
👨💼 Society Category Requirement:
-
Applicants must be regular employees of a member society affiliated to the KSCARD Bank.

A minimum of 3 years’ regular service in any cadre within an affiliated member society is mandatory.

Candidates must be in active service both at the time of application and at the time of appointment to the post.
Educational Qualification:
Candidates must possess one of the following qualifications from a recognized university:-
Graduation with Junior Diploma in Co-operation (JDC) or Higher Diploma in Co-operation (HDC)

B.Com with Co-operation
-
B.Sc (Co-operation & Banking) from Kerala Agricultural University or equivalent
Age Limit:
-
18–50 years (Only candidates born between 02.01.1975 and 01.01.2007, both dates inclusive, are eligible).

Reservation & Relaxation: Usual government rules apply for SC/ST/OBC/PH categories subject to certificates and physical & functionality proofs as required.
Selection Process

The selection involves a competitive examination conducted by the Kerala PSC that tests candidates’ knowledge in relevant subjects.

Based on performance, a Ranked List will be prepared, valid for a minimum of 1 year and up to 3 years from the date of publication.
